I think I should finish blogging about my Japan trip. It's already the 2nd of January. =/
Day 4 - Fuji Five Lake Area - Tokyo City Tour - Ginza - Night Tour to ShinjukuIn the morning, we took a bus from the hotel (which is near Mt Fuji) all the way to Tokyo. We visited the Asakusa Kanon Temple. However, I still feel that the Todaiji Temple has the most majestic and ancient feel. hehe :p
The good thing about the Asakusa was the Nakamise shopping street which is filled with colourfull items. I bought a yellow Obi there for my Yukata.=D

After that, we took a visit to the Imperial Palace. At first I was thinking "hey, maybe we can go in the palace!" (it's NOT a dumb thought, in America you could go in the white house for a visit). Sadly we were only allowed to take pictures OUTSIDE where the guards were standing. pfft.
The most interesting part of the day was GINZA!
I read about this particular shopping area which was constructed by Swatch and it is said to be one of the most expensive shopping "complex" ever. A parking lot there would've cost you up to RM10,000. The whole building has special lifts going to a specialty watch store. My family of took the lift to the Swatch store since it was made by them. XD
We had a look around and this Japanese lady was showing us some of their limited edition watches. I saw this one particular watch and totally fell in love with it.

I pleaded and exaggerated how good the watch is and how it would change my life forever.
Got it in the end anyway. wahaha :p
It supposedly only sold in three places : Via Della Spiga in Milano, Vendome Paris and Ginza.
I didn't totally believe the lady so I googled it. And well, she was right! At least she didnt lie to me. heh.

Pic of me with one of the lifts which leads to another watch store. wasn't ready when my dad took this!
Day 5- Full Day Disneyland TourJapan's Disneyland was great! Despite the fact that almost everything was in Japanese. =.=
It was a 5-themed land namely Adventureland, Westernland, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland and World Bazaar. There's also a DisneySea but we didn't have enough time to visit that area. =(

Picture of Mickey Mouse on the Disneyland Christmas Special Parade. If you look closer you'd be able to see the moon. It came out at 3pm in the afternoon and by 5-6pm it was already completely dark. =/

There's the handsome Peter Pan. He may not look THAT good in this pic but in real life he's like, so perfect. All the kids were surrounding. Darn. I wish I had the courage to scoot them over and snap a photo with him. =(

It's Jack Sparrow. Doesn't he look so REAL?!?! I swear if I wasn't in the Pirates of the Carribean Ride and they put him on the chair somewhere else I would've thought it's HIM. I sooo wanna steal that robot and put it in my room. Sob.
Lastly...
I have to say this...Japanese Strawberries are the BEST. I mean, just LOOK at that! Big..juicy..sweet..shiny..aw I'll never taste strawberries like that again unless I go back to Japan. Looks like those plastic strawberries right?..I swear I did not adjust the brightness or the contrast. It was just the flash and it really looks like that for real. =D

Overall, the Japan trip was great. I fell in love with Japan. Would love to go back there someday. =)
