A few days ago I went to the OUG pasar malam (night market) with Annie and her bro.
It's been YEARS since I went to a real pasar malam cuz the past few times I went to the Subang pasar malam..it was just pathetic.
Anyway, I can honestly say that I totally love pasar malam BECAUSE..not only do they sell stuff which are cheaper than those in the malls, there's loads of food! I love love love yummylicious food. hehe. =)
Annie "taught" me the art of eating at the pasar malam while I introduced her to fried *ahem* pigeons. Don't you dare say "ah! It's so cruel!" It's damn nice okay. Plus, it's just like chicken..just another kinda bird. pfft.
Anyway, we discovered this stall which sells gorgeous jewelries..supposedly imported from Korea. The man claimed that he's been there for 3 and a half years. I really Don't know and don't care bout the genuine-ness 'tho. Will not tell exactly where it is, search for it yourself at the pasar malam. *winks*
By the way, I feel totally CONNED by the malls!
Been buying stuff from malls for years and now I noticed that I've been such a stupid consumer.
Take for example, a simple navel stud. Accessory shops in the malls would retail it at..let's say, RM50. Just the plain one. BUT, at the pasar malam, it's only RM10! Gawd. Adding to that, I've touched it, and I can totally confirm it's of the SAME quality. Bloody malls I tell you, full of con artists.

Ok, enough about the pasar malam. Shall move on to a more serious topic.
I think that the old chinese folks who created the theory "8 is a lucky number" should be burning in hell right now.
8 is totally NOT a lucky number. Because I can assure you I have seen enough lives destroyed this year compared to any of the other years. And I am indeed one of those destroyed life. Seems like it isn't a good year for my close friends as well. Shucks. What's wrong with this year. Hate it.

To those who thinks "hey! it's just you!"
Here's something for you to ponder upon:
Take a look at what happened to China on this supposedly lucky year and tell me, is this a good year?
