Went for the Jaguar-Mont Blanc charity event on Thursday and I have to admit, it's considered the first high end event I've participated in. It was more of a cocktail party thing and they had a fashion show. The models and clothes were provided by a boutique which is located opposite Mont Blanc, by the name "Thomas Pink" while the accessories on the models were by Mont Blanc. For eg: Bags, bracelets, watches, necklaces, rings, pens in the male model's pockets, etc. I had fun stealing some of the cocktail food. haha.

And I noticed that..some very rich people are very "kiasu" as well! Mont Blanc was giving away 150 units of goodie bags to the "early birds" which included a jaguar keychain and a mont blanc special book mark (which is expensive. Obviously it's not the average paper bookmark.). There were people who kept coming back to receive several units of those goodie bags! Oh gawd. Talk about selfish-ness.

Not only that, I have to say yet again, it's a small small world. I saw a familiar face in the event. Karl Raymond which was my ex's friend. His dad knows the Mont Blanc GM I suppose, because they were really friendly with each other. Was quite surprised to see him there with his gf in the beginning.
Other than that, the sales personnel managed to sell a limited edition Mont Blanc worth RM99,400 that night.

Yesterday, I visited "The Lost World of Tambun". haha. It's almost like a duplicate of Sunway Lagoon..the only thing is that..it's alot smaller and it has lesser rides? Soo...if you wanna go to the Tambun water park I would suggest you to go to Sunway Lagoon instead. Unless you've purchased the "promotional priced" tickets, the RM30 you pay for the theme park isn't really worth it because everything is so limited. They have only 2 water park rides, 1 small wavepool, 1 kids pool, a short circle of "lazy river" and 1 hot spring pool. Basically it's like a photostat of Sunway Lagoon in a smaller scale. The only extra they had was probably the petting zoo area. But it wasn't much of a  "oooh! ahh" place as well. Nevertheless it was made fun because of the company we were with. Like I said, his friends are a fun bunch. Also, it was nice spending time with him for a full day like that. It's been awhile. Most of the time I could only see him during the night 'cause we're both working (except weekends).
